Back from our first show and I'm finished with School!!!

We just got back Sunday night around midnight because we blew out a tire in OH on our way home, it was pretty scarey and I believe the Lord totally protected us from getting into a car accident!!! It was costly, after calling my insurance company and finding out I don't have road side assistance (which annyoy's me because I totally remember asking for that when I got the policy!!! I have $1500 in dectuable's to pay for damage to the RV. 3 different claims for the tire, Tristan decided to get angry and break out one of the RV windows!!! and I backed into a wooden pole and practically ripped off my back bumper!!! So all in all, I ended up losing money at the show, because any profit needs to be spent on fixing the RV. What Tristan does not realize is all this damage he is doing, he WILL pay me back when he gets his first job when he's 14...it's adding up quickly!!!!

I did my final today in my stinking philosophy class. I got a 55... probally the lowest grade I've ever recieved. I am sure part of that was because I missed 2 classes last week. I will hopefully end up with a C in the class which I think will be ok, because I have to have a 3.5 OVERALL entering nursing school and I still have about 6 classes to take before applying to the program. So please pray for good grades from now on!!!

Well, gotta run, we are at the libaray and my children want to leave!!

A few weeks until I'm done with my class!!

I am almost done with my class, I only have 2 more technical days left, as I will miss all week next week due to our show in PA that we are doing. I'm not doing so great, school is much harder now that I am older, you would think it would be easier but I have been working like crazy (I've worked more in the past 2 weeks than the last 2 months combined) And I am missing the last 2 classes before the final exam, which I'll have all of one day to study for (if I'm lucky). And it's a philosophy class so it's pretty complicated anyway!!!! So please pray that I ROCK on the final, that's 30% of our grade, and that my professor likes my paper that I turn in tommorow!! (That's 10% of my grade. I got a C plus on the last exam, and I didn't do so well on the last exam that I took last class.. I'm hoping for at least a B!!! I need a B in the class for my nursing pre-req's so it would totally suck to have to take the class all over again!!! URG!!!! Maybe I should have waited until the Fall Semester, URG!!!!

Yeah, please pray for safety and GREAT sales at our first show next week, it's ususally my best show of the year, and I usually do pretty well. It's about 600 miles away in PA so please pray for safety, that the children will behave etc... all the basic prayer requests :)

Update on Everyone!!

I went back to school last week... I have about 1 year of pre-reque's before I can even apply to the nursing program I want to attend so I started a summer class @ OCC the local community college, and I'm still working part time as a home health care aide, I have a wonderful patient currently, I think we will become great friends!!! All 4 of the children are going to school next year for the first time in their lives Bye bye home schooling life!!!! At least for the next 3 years!!! I think they are all looking forward to it, especially Katie because she needs help in her math I just cannot give her, so she gets it at school, and the structure of it helps us all I think, I'll just have to be a little bit more organized next year if I am taking a full load of classes and balancing raising 4 children "pressure's on"

I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited at the thought of becoming a nurse, being a cancer survivor will give me so much more compassion for the patients I have, I am thinking about specializing in oncology. We'll see what the Lord has for me!!!!

Katie is flourshing in her pre-teen years, she's such a help to me, I couldn't do it all without her!!

Selena is catching up going to school 4 days per week, she was behind one year, but she's right on schedule for her age so I'm super proud of her!!!

Tyler is having some WAY before teen issues.. I've been having serious behavioral issues with him, he see's 2 counselor's per week and a psychatrist monthly. He was recently put on medication, which was switched from what my primary care Dr. put him on and he had a bad day at school today, so if your up for it, please remember him in your prayers!!

Tristan is following in his big brother's footsteps, but with a lot more damage, he throw's screaming fits and he broke out his bedroom window about a week ago. He was recently just put on medication also, so we'll see if that calms him down.

So my boys are out of control and my girls are perfect angels!!! Go figure!!

It's going to be REALLY interesting when they become teen agers.. Hopefully the boys will straighten up, or they will be off to boot camp!!!!

Well, gotta go get the boys in the shower then off to bed!!
